The Flower Rota

What flower rota I hear you ask, I didn't know there was one! ............. well we're trying (albeit without much success) but we're still trying!

Audrey Cooper (with help from Peter Parsons) has been doing the flowers in the church for many years, and a fine job she does as well! but Audrey wouldn't mind a bit of a hand now and then and the opportunity exists to help out or do your own arrangement if you'd like to.  Whether you'd like to start small and create an arrangement for the Lady Chapel, or would like to do a display in memory of a loved one or a special occassion, or would be willing to help generally, the opportunity is there.

Despite this notice being on the website for over a year, you'll see that we've not progressed to an actual Rota yet ............ but if you'd like to get involved just let Audrey know and she'll give whatever advice and assistance you need.

If you already have a black belt in flower arranging and would just like to put your name down on the roster, please give Pete Barron a call on 01702 291554 and he'll sort it out ................... there will also be a roster put up at the back of the church, so feel free to fill that in as well.  Thanks.

Just to keep you in the picture in case you're wondering why there are no names/dates on this page .................. it's simply because no one has volunteered!   If you'd like to arrange the flowers one week, either for a special occasion or just because you fancy having a go, please let either Audrey Cooper or Peter Barron know.
