St Augustine's is a popular choice for Baptisms, otherwise known as Christening, and is always delighted to talk about baptism.
Babies and small children are generally baptised after a couple of visits to talk through the service and the meaning and significance of baptism.
The service can either take place during our normal 10 am Sunday Service, with the entire congregation participating; or if you prefer a more private occasion, can take place at noon on a Sunday with family and friends present.
Adults and older children are prepared for baptism and confirmation on an individual basis.
Please note that there is no fee for a baptism.
